We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Orders are prepared and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your CircleSplash purchase. If, for any reason, you would like to return your order, simply email us at support@circlesplash.com within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

Please do not send your product back without contacting us first. We'll provide the return instructions you need.

When contacting us for a return, please include:

• Your shipping address
• Your order number
• The item you would like to return

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed. Please allow approximately 10 to 14 days after we receive your return for your refund to be issued.

Refunds will be returned to your original method of payment.
